The gear pumps from Jihostroj are modern high pressure hydraulic pumps with variable connecting dimensions and styles according to international standards. They have working pressure up to 330 bar. The hydraulic gear pumps are produced in eight interrelated series (T3S, UD, X, P23, T3, Q, QLS, QHD) which have displacement from 0.18 to 100 ccm/rev. We offer all the pumps of series P23, T3, UD, Q in reverse models or as hydraulic motors, they can have special axis sealing resistant to 10 bar. The hydraulic gear pumps are produced in a wide range of modifications for various usage in hydraulic power packs, mobile machines with power circuits or power steering. They can be used in construction and agricultural machines, in fork lifts, excavators, etc. The hydraulic pumps can be equipped with front-end bearing absorbing radial and axial forces of the drive. The hydraulic gear pumps from Jihostroj can be used also as tandem pumps, all the series can be combined in a double or triple (in special cases in four or five pumps systems) modifications. They are applied especially in complicated hydraulic circuits of vehicles and manipulation machines, where they have an advantage of saving space and a number of drives of the pumps. Series-UD
The UD series hydraulic gear pumps are developed from a proven style and displacement of series UC. The shaft end cover and port end cover of this pump are made of gray iron, the gear housing is of shaped sectional pole of aluminium alloy. The pumps are fixed together by four passing capscrews M12 of high-strength steel.

Series-P 23
The P23 series hydraulic gear pumps are an innovated design of the P2 series. They are made of aluminium alloy with gear of steel. They are equipped with the new generation hydraulic balancing of axial clearance. As compare with the original design they have remarkable better parameters of pressure, noise and efficiency within the whole speed range. They are manufactured in an unidirectional and reversible design with internal or external drain. They find their application in smaller hydraulic circuits, anywhere where a high operating reliability, service life and a favourable price is being required.

Series-T 3
T3 line pumps with external gearing can be used - due to their simple construction, compact dimensions, and a wide range of types - in hydraulic systems, handling devices and mobile hydraulics. The basic version consists of several parts. The pump body is made of a heavy duty aluminum alloy. The cover and the flange are made of grey iron or aluminum alloy. The flange types used as well as the form of the working liquid inlet and outlet (located laterally - in the body or axially - in the cover) meet all worldwide standards.
